Founders. Courageous and without much knowledge of the hotel industry, they simply put a hotel in the landscape – one with heart and lots of atmosphere. They are in the background as head logisticians and the soul.

Administrative assistant. THE sunshine on the team; her focus currently seems to be mostly on her growing family and the host, who is her uncle, is also happy about that. She is Philip’s sister.

Arrival and departure coach. The boss’s cousin, she is cosmopolitan, committed (Salzburg state parliament) and always, truly always, available to offer good advice. And she is a passionate (part-time) tourist.

Hotel caretaker. The man everyone needs for lugging things around, washing something off, watering flowers and picking berries or shoveling snow and parking cars. Always helpful and in a good mood.

Chambermaid. Sunshine, sunshine, sunshine! It's unbelievable with how much good mood you can carry out your daily tasks. She also provides the hotel with new colleagues from time to time - thank you! Loves: life!

Chambermaid. Anka's cousin. The quiet one in the team who tries in vain to hide her great sense of humor :D. She scurries and whizzes through the whole house and leaves no traces. Handy for a chambermaid. Loves: News from home.

Zsuzsa manages the service in the Sportalmmm with Hungarian temperament. She and her team take care of our guests at breakfast and dinner with care, attention and care. Loves: Lake Balaton and her cats

The power woman with an overview, because as the team leader in housekeeping, she knows exactly who, where, how and maybe even why ;-) Keeps the floor running even in difficult times and is irreplaceable. Loves: her grandchildren in Slovakia

Our kitchen help from Croatia supports our cooks with energy and diligence. Bakes excellent pumpkin seed and olive bread. A person you just like to be around. Loves: Pita.

Hotel Manager; after a short induction phase, things get started right away: working out package deals, thinking ahead for the summer of 2023, organizing the office and reception. Loves: her theater season ticket in Salzburg.

Chef de partie. The counterpart to his uncle, he prefers to stay in the kitchen. He creates, tries, throws away, tests and ultimately inspires. His head chef comes first and foremost to him – otherwise, nothing works.

Chambermaid. More than just the new girl: she quickly worked her way into the hearts of her colleagues with diligence and accuracy. There's also a good mood as an extra. Loves: water sports.

Chef de bar. Who has kept everywhere from the Arlberg to Obertauern. A routined man with good humor and great expertise. Nothing fazes him, not even the boss. Loves: its rear-wheel drive!
