Perhaps you would prefer a fine wine from our wine cellar, which was so sophisticated and well-stocked by our friend and wine consultant Damir Sappler? Our diverse drinks menu offers the unexpected as well as the classic, the refreshing and the invigorating. In any case, always of high quality, otherwise it wouldn’t do you justice, we agree on that, right? Tea and coffee lovers can also choose from an extensive range at our hotel in Zauchensee. A total of 10 different types of tea are available for your tea enjoyment. Loose tea – in the best tradition from Ronnefeldt. The fine art of coffee culture – the delicious smell of coffee is in the air! We brew your Afro-Coffee in the classic portafilter machine and foam the milk by hand for your delicious cappuccino or latte macchiato. Dallmayr’s breakfast coffee tastes as good as it smells and is the perfect start to a new day of vacation. With the cozy crackling of the firewood, reflect on the day’s impressions and plan the next day’s activities in the pleasant atmosphere.

SUN DECK

Mountain air & sun salutation

Our sun deck is available for those warm afternoons from the end of February, the beginning of March and in summer of course. Enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains of the Salzburger Sportwelt region before you close your eyes and treat yourself to a nap in the fresh air.
Around the corner, right next to the hotel entrance, an afternoon wine is being served on the terrace. Why not? Have a small glass from the magnum white wine. You need to let yourself enjoy a little something.

We have known and appreciated Zauchensee for many years, winter and summer alike. We (unfortunately) only now discovered the Hotel Sportalmmm. Pampering from morning to night. Everyone is always approachable and friendly, having fun at work and with each other (laughter and joy from the kitchen). Feel-good room, everything very clean, a great breakfast, also with special requests. The highlight: a 5-course dinner with an additional salad bar and cheese buffet is an extremely successful surprise every evening. We have never experienced such a kitchen. All in all, simply a pleasure that cannot be overestimated. Thank you very much, we have already registered for the newsletter.

Starting with breakfast (3, 7 and 9 minute eggs, anything is possible), to snacks and supper as well. It’s highly enjoyable! You just feel good in this hotel. The location is first class, right in the ski area. The view from the cozy living room in the hotel is unique! There is no better place for our skiing holiday than Zauchensee and Sportalmmm.

This hotel is big surprise for me. We are well travelled and I would not expect this from 4star hotel. Perfect location- few steps from slopes. Very clean- very precise cleaning every day. Suite- we have booked suite on 1st floor with view on slopes, enough space for 2 people / separate room for kids. Saunarium and wellness- very nice saunas and relax rooms. Dining- breakfast and dinners- I was in a very luxurious hotel this year in Palm Dubai and that time I have said these were my best dinners in my life. I come to 4star Austrian hotel with no expectation and the dinner is one of the best in my life. This is a reason why we will be back as the food is not just food but a real pleasure. Overall very quiet and relaxing place, worth to visit.
